    Gosh Deb, it's been forever since I've had a chance to come by an visit. Your new blog look is so pretty! And these photos, wow! How do you begin to find words to descibe the beauty. God is so amazing! Nature is such a beautiful way to see just how amazing!

    Thanks so much for you sweet words and prayers about Mattie. It's so comforting to read them. I spent all day today sleeping. The heat while out searching Saturday the stress, and recouping from the foot surgery took it's toll. I've cried so much since I woke. After having Mattie as our constant compainion for more than 12 yrs, I'm heartbroken. It's just just after a funeral. The house is quiet and I'm feeling like nothing will ever feel good again.
    Tomorrow we're going back over to my cousins and try going door-to-door. Maybe there's hope but I'm not really feeling it.
