A Heavy Heart ~ Rest in Peace Joe

I never expected to receive such a devastating call of loss. My cousin Joe, was heading home from refereeing a soccer game and was killed in a tragic car accident. We are devastated, saddened and we're broken.

His wife Holly fell madly in love with him back in high school in the 80's. He was a soccer star back in the day, the ultimate sports fan and became the ultimate family man.  He loved Holly and his two amazing kids more than anything on this earth.

You're our ''younger'' generation of cousins, you're not suppose to be gone. You were much too young.  So glad we all got to spend Thanksgiving together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Holly, Sam and Kyle, and your parents.

We love and miss you.
Rest in Peace Cousin.

  1. wow Deb, such sad news at this time of year. May the lord hold his family in his arms and lift them up. It sounds like they have a lot of extended family support too.

I'd love for you to leave me a comment. Helps me to know I'm not totally crazy...like my family thinks I am!
