Your poem and story touched my heart.

Lilacs are my favorite, and I used to go over my father's house and pick some in his yard to bring home. My father finally gave me two lilac bushes he harvested from his yard a couple of years ago, so that I could enjoy them at home. He passed away last December. It's especially pleasant to see them budding this year.

JaneSigning Outhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03316791722114615219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8738196333995045030.post-23196370096398020042010-04-16T08:38:33.496-07:002010-04-16T08:38:33.496-07:00I too love lilacs. I didn't use to have them, but I do now. They are so pretty anyway, I just can't bring them into the house. I like the pictures you have been posting even though I have not left a comment. I had to share my computer and I can't stay up as late because I have to go to work the next day. We are suppose to get a break from our 80 degree weather for a week. Take care.
